The PMP-2000 IN-CIRCUIT AND FUNCTIONAL TESTER for PCBA that combines in-circuit testing with functional testing to verify component integrity, interconnects, and overall board performance before shipment. Designed as an automatic PCB tester for modern SMT lines, it features a two-stage pressure table that rises fully during debugging and to a mid-position in automatic mode, trimming 1–2 seconds from each cycle to increase throughput.

A high-density interface mating mechanism supports up to 2,048 test pins, improving connection stability and eliminating repeated flat-cable plug/unplug operations. The transport uses a double-screw rail with linear bearings for smooth, level movement, while anti-crush protection safeguards both the board and the fixture. Alarms on board-in/board-out events, interlocks, and fault prompts help maintain safe, reliable operation on the line.

The software of this ICT FCT tester emphasizes ease of use: a simple UI with interlock protection, maintenance reminders, online status monitoring, and event logging. One-touch automatic track-width adjustment and memory for 100 model/width sets enable fast product changeovers. The system supports SMEMA line integration and communicates with common ICT/FCT platforms, making it a versatile ICT/FCT test solution for EMS and OEM production.
