Nozzle 
The spray range is 20~65mm, the fan surface is adjustable, the nozzle height is 50~80mm, the maximum flow rate is 100ml/min + foaming spray, and the two spray methods can be switched.
Pneumatic system
Imported filters, control valves and pipe joints are used to digitally display the air pressure. The spray tubing is made of acid-alkali resistant and corrosion-resistant SMC trachea
Spray nozzle movement system
Servo motor drive, PLC intelligent control, the use of limit proximity switch and board light eye to combine control, according to the speed and width of the PCB to automatically detect the inductive spray.
Flux recovery system
Stainless steel is bent and formed as a tray under the nozzle to hold waste water and flux, which can be extracted and cleaned at will.
Flux exhaust air filtration system
Exhaust system: stainless steel screen frame with double-layer filter screen, using the characteristics of the fluid to maximize the filtration and recovery of excess flux.
Isolated air curtain
The pneumatic air knife blows off the excess flux from spraying into the recovery bin to prevent the flux from entering the preheating zone. Ensure production safety.
Spray box structure
